In August 2008 whilst on a trip to Italy, I was thinking about potential names for my new agency. And like many start-ups, the stumbling block often comes with the brand identify, especially if you want to be unique, whilst still having a name that associates well with your business. So, as corny as it might sound, one evening whilst sipping on a chilled drink, I noticed a colourful gecko on the wall, which made me think about what this creature symbolises….adaptability, uniqueness and stand-out…pretty much everything I wanted my agency to offer.
And finally the spelling! You’ll be right in saying it’s not English, as it’s actually Italian…just a little homage to my trip! |
